A celebration of the revival in the building and use of working traditional boats welcoming all sailors & lovers of wooden boats. Harbour racing, parade of sail and the "Lobster Pot Challenge" - working wooden boats under sail & oars. See the famous West Cork Yawls, gaff-rigged sailing, mackerel & lobster fishing boats from pre-Famine times. "A Taste of Baltimore" and its seafood heritage. Mussel eating competition. Boat building competition followed by rowing & sailing race. Food Fair exhibiting the best from West Cork and BIM educational and grilled fish demonstrations. Music on the square, fun for all the family including crab racing and treasure hunt!
