This new property has an enclosed rear garden, with shed for fishing tackle, etc. The quay village and pier are a short walk away as is Ballina Town. The Downhill House Hotel, Downhill Inn Hotel and Ice House Hotel are close by, if you are attending a wedding. The house itself is like a home from home, with 3 leather sofas in the front room large kitchen and dinning room and downstairs toilet . All bedrooms have new pine beds and built in furniture. The master bedroom has en-suite and travel cot in wardrobe - high chair downstairs. Patio doors open to small but enclosed garden with patio furniture. The local park has great attrcations for children including an Elephant slide. The long sandy beach of Enniscrone / Inniscrone is 5 miles down the quay road with more children's facilities plus a great links golf course. Sligo and Knock Airport are about an hour's drive way. Ballina is the salmon capital of Ireland and the Salmon Festival is normally the early part of June. The house is ideal for fishing, golfing or touring.
